Sharing moments with family and friends are important when it comes to wellbeing and happiness. It creates a feeling of belonging. Social relationships and feeling part of a community are perhaps the most essential factors. Whether you’re an introvert or extrovert, people are social creatures by nature.
There’s a strong connection between the way people feel about their relationships and their overall happiness in life. The relationships we value most are those in which we experience things together. The ones in which we feel understood and there’s mutual trust and support. Spending time with a group of 3-4 members of our community is generally considered most cosy and comfortable. The perfect compromise for introverts and extroverts to hang out together, somewhere in between socialising and relaxation.
