slow - simple - soulful - sustainable

Jul/Aug 2022 | Burning Bright Workshop (in person)

with Carla Sealey  |  Naked Clay Ceramics

Burning Bright Pottery Workshop

An opportunity to make your own ceramic tealight holders, candle holders, wax melt and oil burners. Starting with a lump of clay, you’ll roll out your clay and hand build a selection of holders which you can finish with stamps and clay cutters. Suitable for all levels including beginners.

3 hours of you time, to try something new, a chance to stop thinking and just be creative. With the bonus that you’ll have something permanent that you’ve made yourself.

Items will be left with Carla to dry, fire and glaze and will be ready for you to pick up or have posted to you within 3 weeks.

About Naked Clay Ceramics

Inspired by the natural colours and textures of the earth, Naked Clay Ceramics is a collection of quiet, tactile, minimal style tableware and homeware in black stoneware and white porcelain. Using a combination of handbuilding and slip casting, everything is made by hand by Carla in her studio in Bedfordshire.
