Princetown Press
About
Princetown Press | Emma Hogbin
At Princetown Press, we do things the slow way. Nothing is efficient, nothing is mechanised, and nothing is speedy. We use heritage craft techniques, hand-powered printing presses, and recycled papers to create printed ephemera that inspire and delight.
We make and sell stationery, cards, posters, and notebooks. Using the seasons as inspiration, we work with locally foraged colours to enhance our work.
Our workshops are much loved. They are the perfect antidote to the modern world, allowing participants to disconnect and make something wonderful entirely with their own two hands.
With combined degrees in Environmental Science, and Sustainable Product and Furniture Design, makers Emma Hogbin and Jon Palmer bring a unique perspective to the endangered Heritage Craft of letterpress. Emma and Jon live a few minutes walk from their letterpress studio in Princetown, Devon, England.
