I'm Laura – a wellness and resilience coach – supporting people who feel overwhelmed and burnt-out and who instead want to create a life that makes them feel content and satisfied.

In our fast-paced world where busy-ness and productivity is glorified, it's hard not to fall into the mindsets of 'I just need to be more efficient with my time' but this can lead to overwhelm and burnout.

By using strategies from the ethos of slow, simple and seasonal living as well as more traditional coaching techniques, we can explore how you can slow down to reduce stress and find joy in life's simple pleasures.
